Simple compactor is composed of frame, base, lifting mechanism, circular gauge device, pressing mechanism, screwing device, and electric control system. Compression force: 400KNP, compacting cycle: 60s.

Coil Scale

It is mainly composed of hydraulic lifting unit, weighing sensor and electrical control system, etc. Weighing accuracy:±1‰, weighing cycle: 20s.

Single Row (3 Coils) Coil Discharge

It is composed of hydraulic lifting unit, track, traversing car, coil storage device and electrical control system. Unloading distance: 10.5m, unloading cycle: 35s.

Double Rows (4 Coils) Coil Discharge

It is composed of hydraulic lifting unit, track, traversing car and electrical control system. Unloading distance: 8.5m, traversing distance: 1.53m and unloading cycle: 38s.

STEMORE Cooling Line

Cooling line located between spinner and coil collection station, used for transfer loose coil to reeling drum. To produce wire rods with expected metallurgical and mechanical properties, the cooling line provides standard cooling mode and delayed mode.

It mainly includes: input section roller table, intermediate section roller table, drop section roller table, output section roller table, air volume regulating plate, OPTIFLEX device, air chamber, air volume regulating plate insulation cover, and dry oil lubrication system.

Coil Collection Station System

Coil collection system provides a buffer storage space which enable coil come out of the collecting chamber and convey the loose coils to C-hook while keep the rolling mill running.

Small Circulation System

Vertical pallet collected loose coils under collecting drum, and transported it on a roller bed conveyor, the loose coils will gradually cooling during transportation. At the exit position vertical pallet will be turned into horizontal position by turnover equipment, so that coil transfer car can convey loose coil to C-hook.

Mainly including: lifting roller table, rotating roller table, overturning roller table, three roller table, and four roller table etc.

Coil-to-Coil Transfer Car

Coil-to-coil transfer car is used for trimming station, which is composed of drive unit, tension unit, lifting unit, chain, track, trolley, coil transfer hook, hydraulic system and electric control system. Coil transfer distance is 12m and each cycle 57s.
